Two new TigerTurf bowling greens for Phillip Island Bowling Club within 12 months

Phillip Island Bowling Club, in Cowes has resurfaced their two existing sand fill synthetic bowling greens with TigerTurf Bowlsweave within the space of twelve months, reducing their maintenance labour by 50% and water bill by 80-90%.   

The club investigated several different surfacing options and concluded, after a visit to TigerTurf’s green at Euston Bowling Club, to use TigerTurf Bowlsweave.   

The 180 + strong membership are much happier with the new surfaces and enjoy the consistency of line and speed says Tournament Director Robin Blackman.
